1. WHAT DO THESE COMPETITION TERMS COVER?
1.1. These terms summarize the general rules of the contests we run on our social networks:
- Ponseti Clinic Facebook page
- Instagram profile @PonsetiClinic
("Social Networks").
1.2. Since each competition has slightly different mechanics, prizes and deadlines, you can find the wording of the specific conditions of a particular competition either on our website or directly in the competition entry on Social Networks. In this document you will read about the general rules that apply equally to all competitions. The terms and conditions of a specific competition always take precedence in the event of a conflict with these terms.
2. WHO ORGANISES THE COMPETITIONS?
2.1. We organize, organize and announce the competition under the banner of our company Ponseti Clinic Praha s.r.o., with registered office at V Přístavu 1585/20, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, ID: 11797487, registered in the OR led by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 354667/MSPH. ("Ponseti Clinic" or "we").
3. WHO CAN ENTER OUR COMPETITIONS?
3.1. You can participate in our competitions if you are over 18 years of age, have a delivery address in the Czech Republic ("Contestant" or "you") and meet these conditions and the conditions or specifications of a specific competition.
3.2. If the conditions of a specific competition allow people under the age of 18 to compete, these younger Contestants may only participate in a specific competition with the consent of their legal representative. We can verify this at any time by requesting the written consent of the legal representative. If we find that the younger Contestant's legal representative has not given consent, even after the fact, we may disqualify such Contestant from the competition without compensation.
3.3. As a Contestant, you must have your own profile account set up on the social network Instagram ("Instagram") or the social network Facebook ("Facebook") for the duration of the specific competition, depending on where the specific competition is taking place. You must also comply with all Instagram and Facebook terms of use.
3.4. If your Instagram or Facebook account disappears for any reason, we may disqualify you from a particular competition.
4. WHAT IS PROHIBITED IN THE COMPETITIONS?
4.1. As a Contestant, you may only participate in each of our contests with one Instagram or Facebook account and may not use another person's profile account to participate in the contest. Otherwise, we may disqualify you from a specific competition.
4.2. If a specific competition consists of you having to answer a question, you may only participate in such a competition with your answer once, otherwise we may also disqualify you from the specific competition. However, the conditions of a specific competition may exclude this rule.
4.3. If we suspect that you, as a Contestant, are impersonating another person, we may ask you to collect the prize from a particular competition in person and prove your identity, otherwise we will not issue the prize to you.
4.4. We may disqualify you from the competition if you fail to comply with or breach these terms or the terms of a particular competition or if we reasonably suspect that you have done so. When participating in our competitions, you must not cheat or violate generally binding legal regulations or good morals.
4.5. Employees of Ponseti Clinic, persons in a similar relationship with Ponseti Clinic or those who organize a specific competition cannot compete. The so-called close persons of all those named in the previous sentence are also excluded from the competitions.
4.6. None of your competition entries (e.g. comments, messages, photos, videos, illustrations, etc.) must violate good morals, reduce the dignity or respectability of Ponseti Clinic or other persons, and must not infringe any rights of third parties, especially the right to protect personality or intellectual property rights.
4.7. If the content of your competition entry or its description contradicts these conditions, we will disqualify you from the particular competition, even without giving a reason or setting a compensation.

8.7. As a Contestant, you have the following rights in accordance with the Regulations:
- request information about what personal data we process,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request deletion of this personal data,
- the right to object if personal data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest,
- on data portability and the right to request a copy of processed personal data,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
- for effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation.
9. IMPORTANT FINAL INFORMATION
9.1. By participating in the competition, you agree to these competition terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them.
9.2. None of our competitions is in any way sponsored, supported or administered by the operator of the social network Facebook and Instagram, nor is it otherwise associated with it.
9.3. We are not responsible for the functionality of Instagram or Facebook, the contestants' profile accounts, other technical problems during data transmission on the Internet, or damage caused by the failure of systems or software beyond our control.
9.4. We can change these terms and conditions at any time, including during a specific competition. We may therefore shorten, interrupt, cancel or change the prizes. If we change the terms, we will upload their current wording to the same place where these terms are located.
9.5. As a Contestant, you are not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the contest.
9.6. These conditions are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic and take effect on 16 August 2021.
