She completed a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy at the Faculty of Health Studies of the ZČU in Pilsen (2015–2019) and a master's degree in Health and Social Care and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Social Studies of the University of Ostrava (2019–2022).

From 2021, she works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Health Studies of the ZČU in Pilsen, where she teaches students in the fields of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.

In 2021-2022, she worked at a private neurorehabilitation clinic, where she specialized in working with children with neurological diagnoses, autism spectrum disorders and combined disabilities.

In 2023, she gained valuable experience as a paediatric occupational therapist at the clinics of neurology, oncology, ARO and neonatology at the Motol University Hospital.

Mgr. Hrušková is regularly educated and develops her professional skills.

Among other things, she completed a course in visceral manipulation (2024), taping in paediatrics (2024), introduction to work with sensory integration (2024), multi-sensory concept Snoezelen (2021) and hand therapy (2020).

She is a member of the Czech Association of Occupational Therapists (ČAE) and in her work emphasizes an individual and friendly approach to children and their families.
