PhDr. Since 2009, Martina Malotová, MBA has specialized in educational psychology and school counseling services. Her patients are children and teenagers with disabilities. She is a member of the Committee of the Association of Vision Therapists of the Czech Republic and in 2017 she obtained the qualification of vision therapist (clinical ophthalmologist). Since 2015, she has been training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children and adolescents at ČSPAP, she is a guest member of the Czech Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of the Czech Republic. Since 2019, she has been working as a vision therapist at the Center for Visual Impairments of the Motol University of Applied Sciences, and in the same year she obtained a qualification in personnel psychology and management in the field of education. Since 2014, she has been actively working as the director of the primary school and the Special Pedagogical Center ZRAK in Prague. In 2015, she successfully passed a rigorous exam in the field of Special Education - Counseling at PedF UK Prague. In 2024, she completed comprehensive crisis intervention training and received a professional crisis intervention qualification.
