Jiří Štika is an entrepreneur, investor and owner of companies operating in several market segments, not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. He also applies his long-term experience in building and managing companies in the strategic development of Ponseti Clinic.

Together with Adam Gemrot, director of the Ponseti Clinic, he was at the very birth of the idea to build a modern multidisciplinary medical facility that combines a high professional level, coordinated care and a respectful approach to each patient. As the owner of the clinic, he participates in its long-term direction and creating conditions for further professional, technological and operational development.

Together with his wife, Michaela Štika, he founded the Anežka Foundation, through which he mainly helps families with children with physical disabilities. The experience from this activity is naturally also reflected in the value direction of the Ponseti Clinic, which has a long-term focus on supporting children, their families and patients requiring complex and interdisciplinary care.

His goal is to participate in building a medical facility in which the patient is not perceived as just another in line, but as a partner who has the right to understand his treatment, to be heard and to receive quality care that meets his individual needs.

In addition to business and foundation activities, Jiří Štika is above all a loving husband and father. It is family, responsibility and the effort to create projects with a real social benefit that are among the values ​​that he projects in his professional and personal activities in the long term.
