Adam Gemrot works in the management of healthcare facilities and has long been dedicated to their strategic development, economic management and setting up effective operational processes. In addition to healthcare, he is also professionally involved in other market segments, where he mainly focuses on company management, development of business projects, investments and strategic planning.

Together with Jiří Štika, the owner of Ponseti Clinic, he was at the very birth of the idea to build a modern multidisciplinary medical facility - Ponseti Clinic. From the beginning, he has been involved in the realization of this vision and in the gradual development of the clinic from a professional, operational and strategic point of view.

As director of Ponseti Clinic, he is responsible for its overall direction, development of individual expertise, personnel and operational management, as well as cooperation with health insurance companies and other partners. It also participates in the introduction of new services, modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and in creating conditions for effective cooperation between individual specialists.

Its long-term goal is to build a stable, modern and professionally respected medical facility that offers patients coordinated multidisciplinary care under one roof. The emphasis is primarily on a high professional level, functional continuity of care, quality communication with patients and a professional environment for the entire team.
