• Expertise overlap: Neurological diagnoses (paresis, scattered sclerosis) and solving problems with the arch of the foot.

Bc. Anna Horčičková

Anna has been a top expert in the diagnosis and therapy of children since birth. Thanks to a combination of prestigious methods, it can accurately evaluate motor development and set up targeted care.

Modern diagnostic methods

• Non-radiation examination of the spine SPINE 3D: Innovative technology for spatial analysis of the back. Unlike X-ray, it works on based on optical scanning (without radiation), which allows safe monitoring of scoliosis in children and pregnant women.

• The SPINE 3D examination is available to all Ponseti Clinic clients over the age of six years, provided as part of the initial examination. Patient then will receive a multi-page report, thanks to which we can be even more efficient to target therapy and we are guided by accurate data.

• Freemed dynamic gait examination: Baropodometric platform for detailed analysis of pressure distribution on the sole of the foot. Serves to objectification of walking disorders and is a key basis for production orthopaedic disorders to measure.

Advanced Physical Therapy

• Focused Shockwave: High energy wave with depth effect. Stimulates new blood vessel formation, accelerates tissue healing and removes calcifications. The focused shock wave also offers aesthetic use: Stimulation of collagenogenesis for effective smoothing of scars and reduction of stretch marks etc.

• Topical cryotherapy: Application of cold to achieve thermal of shock, which immediately reduces edema (swelling), suppresses inflammatory processes and reduces pain in acute injuries.

• Magnetotherapy: Uses a pulsed field to promote osteosynthesis (healing of fractures), tissue blood flow and relief of joint pain.

Payment for care and contracted health insurers

Ponseti Clinic is a contractual partner of selected health insurance companies. It is necessary to receive care paid for by public health insurance present valid referral form for Examination/Treatment (FT referral form) issued attending physician (pediatrician, orthopaedic specialist, neurologist, etc.).

• General health insurance company (111): Contractual care is provided exclusively to children under the age of 18 + 364 days.

• Česká průmyslová zdravotno pojišťovna (205): We accept insured persons of all age categories.

• Employees' Insurance Company Škoda (209): We accept everyone's policyholders age categories.

Services not covered by health insurance or care for insured persons of others insurance companies are realized for direct payment according to the valid price list clinics
