New at Ponseti Clinic: Combined speech and occupational therapy

Logoergotherapy - for children in whom the area of speech meets with motor skills, regulation or independence, for example: PAS, developmental language disorder, delayed speech development, dyspraxia, sensory integration disorders, DMO, ADHD and other combined difficulties.
In addition to ergophysiotherapy and orthophysio consultation, we now offer another, already third variant of so-called combined therapies: LOGOERGOTHERAPY (speech therapy + ergotherapy)
This combined therapy takes place simultaneously in the presence of a clinical speech therapist and an occupational therapist in one space. The aim is to link the development of communication, understanding and pronunciation with the development of sensory-motor functions, independence and skills in daily activities (ADL) - in a natural form that children accept best: play.
How therapy works
- Length: 45 minutes
- Experts: clinical speech therapist + occupational therapist
- Place: joint therapy in an occupational therapy room
- Condition: the child has had a separate entrance examination with a speech therapist and an occupational therapist
For whom LOGOERGOTHERAPY is suitable:
For children whose communication difficulties are intertwined with the area of motor skills, regulation or independence, for example with diagnoses such as PAS, developmental language disorder, delayed speech development, dyspraxia, sensory integration disorders, DMO, ADHD and other combined difficulties.
