BENU pharmacy becomes a new partner of Ponseti Clinic

We are very happy to announce the establishment of cooperation between Ponseti Clinic Praha s.r.o. and BENU Czech Republic, which decided to support our Care Coordinator Program.
BENU supports the Care Coordinator Program at Ponseti Clinic Prague.
We greatly appreciate this support, because the Care Coordinator service was created with the aim of helping people in situations where the health, social or school system is too complex, confusing and administratively demanding.
A care coordinator is here to help clients connect all the important steps into one understandable and safe process. It helps families and individuals find their way around support options, follow-up care, social benefits, medical aids, communication with institutions and the organization of further treatment.
The service is intended for parents of children and adults who:
- deals with a new or difficult health situation,
- they need help with orientation in the health and social care system,
- they are looking for suitable experts or services,
- they need support when communicating with insurance companies, schools or authorities,
- or they simply want to have someone by their side who will guide them through the entire process.
The service includes, among other things:
- social counseling,
- help with administration and applications,
- orientation in the possibilities of health and compensation aids,
- linking health and social care,
- support in solving the child's education,
- also navigation in regional services and available help.
The goal of the Care Coordinator Program is primarily to simplify clients' often very complex life situations and to help them obtain a clear plan, support and a long-term functional solution.
We are very appreciative of the fact that BENU supported a project aimed at comprehensive support for patients and their families. At the moment, they will be able to offer this service completely free of charge to the patients of our clinic, Ponseti Clinic.
We believe that thanks to this cooperation we will be able to further develop the service and help an even greater number of clients.
